All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Please note that delivery times are from the day the order is shipped.

UK Standard Delivery: £3.00 (2 - 4 business days)
UK Standard Tracked: £4.50 (2 - 4 business days)
UK Next Day: £5.00 (Mon-Sat when ordered before 11am)

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy, unfortunately after this time we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return the order must be unused and returned to us in its original packaging.

To request a refund, please email info@lionizelife.co.uk with details of the reason for the return with accompanying evidence. Your email will be reviewed by our team and you will receive a response within 48 hours confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved you will be asked to return your item, in its original packaging, and once received a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 days.

Please note, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We will exchange items should there be any damage or defects. Please email info@lionizelife.co.uk with details of the reason for the exchange with accompanying evidence.

Your email will be reviewed by our team and you will receive a response within 48 hours confirming whether your exchange request has been approved.

If approved you will be asked to return the product in its original packaging. Once received by our team, an exchange will be processed and shipped to you within 5-7 working days.
